He has also been part of a number of successful start-up ventures and together with my wife, run a very successful direct sales business. He is a published writer and am currently writing the book "Unsuited: Rejecting Conventional Career Wisdom and Finding Empowerment" through Sense Publishers B.V. with an expected publication release in the fall of 2013. Also, with Meghann Clements, he is currently a direct sales entrepreneur where he provides sales and marketing training and business and leadership strategy, and support over 2000 independent small business owners.
